I’m Cindy. The website Hypothyroidism Diet Info was created for people who, like me struggle to lose weight and are suffering from hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism Diet Info was started to help both men and women with the sometimes daunting task of losing weight while dealing with the other symptoms of their hypothyroidism.
I was diagnosed with this disease seven years ago just four months after miscarrying what’s known as a false pregnancy.
Since then after conducting high levels of research on Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and hypothyroidism, I’ve learned many ways to deal with hypothyroidism and its many side effects, including weight gain. I’ve even had a successful pregnancy and given birth to a beautiful, very healthy little girl. I have worked and continue to work closely with my endocrinologist to keep my hypothyroidism under control.
Together with Karen, we’re going to work hard to bring to you the information that you need to start and maintain a successful hypothyroidism diet.
Everyone is a little different and will respond differently to various strategies so if a tip doesn’t work don’t give up, try something else or contact me and maybe together we can figure out your next plan of attack.
Living with hypothyroidism is a life long endeavor that will require your attention to how your body feels and responds as well as the creation of a life style that will energize you.
