Now with regard to feeling lost, out of hope.. getting older, undesirable.. single still.. really depressing! One of the best things that you can do for yourself is not give up on yourself. My suggestion is to start walking everyday or at least 3-4 times a week. Start out slow like 15 to 20 minutes and each day gradually increase the amount of time that you walk up to approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours. One hour is sufficient for people who don’t have a lot of time but I recommend more than 3-4 times per week in this case. The other thing that you should do is to keep fruits in your house… Apples and Oranges…instead of high carb/high fat snacks like pastries and cookies. The natural sugars are better for you and fruit consumption will help to alleviate constipation. Keep smiling and stay focused on yourself it’s the best thing that you can do for you.

anyhow...I can&#039;t totally blame thyroid for keeping me overweight (or obese as the more appropriate medical term) - I need to start loving myself..in hopes of getting healthy.  i have borderline sugar and cholesterol, and I know &quot;better&quot; to not indulge in sugars and high fats.  Just felt so lost and out of hope.. getting older, undesirable.. single still.. really depressing!
